We have designed a straightforward process to make payments fast and secure.

To facilitate payments, customers are to log in to the portal using their personal account information, and insert their card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.  All payments are securely processed, and customers receive a transaction confirmation and receipt as soon as their payment is accepted.  Our billing portal also notifies you when action needs to be taken from your end, such as updating of expired card details. We do not hold the card details of the customer, these are managed by a third party payment gateway which is PCI compliant.

1. Why are you requesting my card details?

Transitions from a services company to a products company offering, we are also transitioning our payment policies to be in line with other companies worldwide who provide software or other items as a service, such as service providers as; Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft, etc…

Software pricing models are subscription-based, and the most efficient payment methods to automatically collect recurring fees are Direct Debit and credit card processors or to the Banking or Crypto payment request. Both these options are designed to be secure, flexible and stress-free for both customer and company.

The reason for this move is purely automation, reduction in administration and more transparency for our client who is able to be notified of a bill before the funds are taken.  To clarify, any billing notification you shall receive will relate to agreements already signed and there shall be no additional fees or bills beyond what is already agreed to with yourselves.
